I saw this when I was at Philhaven watching someone have his rights explained to him while he was signing in.
what on Earth is the meaning of a piece of paper signed by a person reporting himself to any facility as mentally incompetent? Or any other piece of paper that follows?
This is in itself the heart of the revolving door problem in the MH world. It has become an industry kept afloat by Ironies like these in other words, it is so illogical no one can fight it. All they say to you is that’s just the way it is.
