OF COUFSE the person is also dealing with the physical nature of the problem, the medial condition, whatever it is. And its all rumpled up in a ball and rudelyu thrown back at you with the words schizoaffective AND bipolar mixed, which is like saying twice in a row that you don’t know what is wrong this with this person and calling that a diagnosis. If you just said you didn’t know that would be okay.
