Today

Today I was very drowsy all day long, more so than I would have expected after returning to Clozaril after just a week or less off of it. I just forced myself up off the bed (it is 7:48 p.m.) to get up and come here to post And I will stay awake until at least 10 p.m.

I already feel better.

I don’t have any particular thoughts to share except that my father seemed distressed today. He got into someone else’s car at around 2 pm and left–I saw him go. Or was it 12 noon?

Other than this I am feeling so much better that I actually did some serious cleaning today. Hoping to continue with this, and to readjust back to the Clozaril as gently as possible.
