lawsuit

Are you serious?  You will do that?

I would definitely stay out of it if you would do that as I am not up to legal process.

The two things that have to be established in successful psych lawsuits are substandard care and a suicide usually makes the case.

Lipsey didnt even treat me, he rendered a diagnosis of Major Depression which was desperately warranted but didn’t back it up; he just wanted me off his floor.  Didn’t even give a moment’s thought to address the issue of postpartum psychosis and depression.  Records of the traumatic delivery should have been sought.

Over the years, FOUR (4) serious suicide attempts or, 3 suicide attempts + 1 faked suicide? (Steve).

And your alcoholism and other unattended, serious health issues as I struggled to stay living myself.  And Ian’s gazillions of casual drug od’s and then a heroine addiction.  And jail.

And, back to the Affective Disorders Unit, Lipsey walked off his rotation, leaving me stranded  for TWO WEEKS while I waited for the new Attending Physician to come in.  And then, she was out of sorts with a personal issue, her husband was ill, she had been caring for him, that is why she was late to take up her rotation.  She tried to lean on me by making me her “Grande Rounds” patient and I refused.  I was just too tired.

You know the rest.

So, yes, please file the lawsuit.  It is warranted.  Also against Bennett Silver in Milburn, NJ, who started all this!

Yes, I talked to Ian last night.
